So I’ve been gone for a while and I’m not going to bore with where I’ve been and why but of the three blog sites I frequent two of them (this is one) had fallen by the way side and if you’ve genuinely missed me, as I have some of you, then I’m sorry.

Suffice to say I’m back and will being posting as normal.

On Saturday and Sunday Brad and I decided to move a few things about in the house!

I should have just got Brad to do all the moving and pointed to places here and there as I spent most of yesterday out of action!

I’ve suffered for years with a bad back after getting something called “Scheuermann’s Disease.” It is supposed to have gone by the time you’re in the 20′s but unfortunately I’m one of those people (typical really) who will be suffering with it for life. I’ve only ever actually met one other person with it and she was more severe than I am. Mine only flares up if I do too much!

Well over the weekend I did too much!

Thankfully lots of painkillers, a hot bath and an average nights sleep seems to have made it a bit better but it’s still not great! It takes me a little while to stand up or to get down into a chair but once I’m there I’m fine!

I’m at work from 2pm to 9pm. This should be fun!

In other news… the phone line is nearly done… the poles are nearer the house. In fact I’d go so far as to say that only one more pole will do it!

Who cares about back pain when I can make phone calls!

So the last blog entry I did, if you ignore the twitters, was telling you about day two in Berlin.

There was a day three and day four as well but things have happened and I really don’t want to go in to them. If you really want to know then ask and leave your e-mail address and I’ll tell you although I doubt that most of you are all that interested. I know some of you are.

So, many things have gone wrong from the small to the big. It started off with lots of small things that really started to get on top of me. In fact the thing that actually started it all off was a pipe blowing on my car making it inoperable. Joy! It was a small pipe but an important pipe and from that point on everything seemed to go downhill and not just with the car but with everything.

And I do literally mean everything!

Suffice to say I’ve had a new car, I’ve contemplated coming back to the UK and I considered telling work where to stick it!

But I’m still here. I’m still trying to get on top of things even if I am failing every now and then but I’m trying.

I’ll try and keep up with my Live Journal. It’s my original online blog so I can’t just leave it.
